TERMS OF SERVICE
If you're curious or unsure about anything, just ask or discuss with me!
FOR U, I WILL DRAW:
- humans, humanoids, etc.
- furries, scalies, etc.
- animals, creatures, beasts, etc.
- any type of fantasy race/creature or etc.
- literally any species. including stuff like fish & invertebrates. please ask or just try me i literally draw everything lol
- real life pets.
- original characters, fan characters, etc.
- fanart (whether i personally know it or not).
- robots, mech stuff, etc (i'm likely to ask you to pay extra due to complexity, though).
- sfw/G-rated ship art, romantic themes (any type of pairing is ok*).
- partial nudity**.
- suggestive themes***.
- blood, violence, mild gore****.
- weapons of any complexity. i like to draw sword & gun & stuff so don't be shy lol
- characters of any age & body type.
- basically anything i don't specify below.
**i won't draw genitals, anything else is ok though.
***i can be a bit selective with suggestive comms. some things make me uncomfortable or it's just not something i'm into and i'd rather not draw it or talk about it. please don't take it personally if i deny you, but don't be afraid to ask.
****gory comms are very dependent on location. i won't draw anything involving eyes, for example.
FOR U, I WON'T DRAW:
- characters with no visual references (for example, i will not draw something you just describe through text)*. THIS INCLUDES OUTFITS, I WILL NOT DESIGN OUTFITS FOR YOU!
- real life people (including yourself).
- sensitive, ideological, political, etc topics. please use basic discretion.
- full nudity.
- explicit sexual content.
- heavy gore.
- unsanitary themes.
- fetish art (clean or otherwise, and please don't try to trick me. i can tell).**
- NFTs or anything related.
**i'm okay with drawing "fetish gear" or etc garments often associated with kink/fetish stuff, if it's not inherently sexual and worn as just regular fashion.
If I do not want to draw your order, I will just let you know. On the very off chance i deny you, please don't ask me to elaborate, I promise it's nothing personal.
Certain complex design elements may cost extra, such as robotic/mechanical features, crystalline features, armor, a heavily detailed outfit, etc. In these cases, I will let you know and ask that you pay a bit extra if you're ok with that. If you've already paid through Ko-fi, I'll still contact you about it and you're free to get a refund if you don't want to pay the extra complexity fee.
PAYMENT INFO
- USD only. Full payment up-front.
- I do offer refunds, but not for finished or mostly finished pieces. If you want one then you'll have to let me know early.
- My commissions are for private use only. For commercial use, then you'll have to contact me privately to discuss further.
- I accept orders via Ko-fi, VGen, or PayPal invoice. You can either order from me directly through Ko-fi or VGen, or contact me via e-mail to discuss an invoice (see my contact page for more information).
- Tips are always appreciated.
GENERAL TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS
- You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
- Dimensions and etc of some of my options will vary as being "industry standard" is not something I care for as an artist, but if you really care about a certain specification, then let me know and I will accommodate you. I generally always draw commissions on a 300 DPI canvas, though.
- PLEASE UTILIZE MY TRELLO PAGE. My given turnaround times start from when you are the current order in my queue.
- After I send your finished commission, I will ask you if you have any issues or need tweaks. This does not mean I will redraw the entire thing for you or make intensive edits, but I am willing to correct design mistakes, make smaller changes (like tone/color edits), etc. If I say otherwise though, then you are free to make larger change requests.
- My turnaround times vary depending on what you order, but for most options you can generally expect your order within a month or two. If anything comes up, I will always let you know. You are also free to message me and ask about the status of your order at any point, just please be polite and don't send too many messages too close together (once around every two weeks is a safe margin, just to give me time).
- If you need your order done by a deadline (birthday, anniversary, etc), please let me know! I will expedite in these circumstances, I just ask that you give me a reasonable amount of time and not lie about a deadline to me just to get your order faster. Depending on the order, I may ask for a rush fee. If you lie to me about deadline information and I find out, I will blacklist you.
- I'm very likely to post your order on my profiles and use it as a commission example unless you ask me to keep it totally private. Make sure to specify if this matters to you. This does not apply if you commission me to draw a licensed character that you do not own.
- You are free to edit your order for icons or other personal graphics as you wish, I just ask that you make sure to credit me as it helps me find more customers (and is the courteous thing to do).
- Under no circumstances can you claim my work as your own, even if you paid for it. You are also NOT permitted to feed my work into generative AI models. You will be blacklisted if you do this and in the case of genAI usage, I will warn others about you.
PERSONAL TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS
- I'm one person who is undercharging my work so I can eat. Please be mindful of my humanity. I'm not a corporation, machine, etc. I am a rather strung-out individual who only has this as my current primary source of income.
- I usually do not do commission work on Saturdays and Sundays as a form of burnout & injury prevention.
- I ask that you be understanding of my specific personal issues. I have ADHD that I no longer take a prescription for due to personal reasons, so I can be forgetful of messages, details, updating my trello, etc, and similarly it can affect wait times along with some of my other mental health problems due to other symptoms. TLDR I am a person with pretty prominent developmental issues & mental illness, and I don't take any meds for it, so it can & does get in the way sometimes. Again though, I will always be transparent with you about any issues I'm having with regard to your order. I do not like to leave anyone in the dark.
- I have had a past wrist injury and my wrist in general is kind of weak, sometimes I have to rest for a while and not draw much just so I don't risk injuring myself further.
- I also get monthly migraines which severely limit my ability to work, though sometimes I'm able to suppress it with medication. This frequently causes slowness with my work.
- You are paying me to do a job, not to be your friend. I try to be a polite and cordial person, I don't want to come across as a cold corporate presence and I would like you to feel comfortable communicating with me, but our relationship is still purely business within the context of commission work and I ask that you respect that boundary.
