This is the main navigation page for my Pokedex project, where I try to draw every existing Pokemon + their notable formes/etc. Since Pokemon are still actively being created, this is a forever passion project of sorts for me. Any Pokemon I haven't drawn yet are replaced by a substitute doll (which I also drew).

The point is to recreate Pokemon in my style (out of appreciation, not out of a desire to make a "better" design), with my own designs that may be very different from the canon creature. For example, any very humanoid Pokemon will be more "animal-ified" in my style, because I personally don't like when they're too humanoid.

As well as drawing each Pokemon, I also write custom dex entries for each Pokemon that I have drawn featuring my own headcanons on things such as biology/phylogeny, cultural/societal impact, history, etc as it relates to the Pokemon. I strongly encourage you to read them! I put a lot of love into this whole thing.

Extra rules, project notes, etc:

• Drawn in National Dex order.
• Any newly debuted forms of older Pokemon will be added retroactively to their respective generational pages. (Example: If Ditto were to get a brand new regional form despite having already been drawn, I would then go back and draw the new Ditto before continuing with whatever generation I'm currently on.)
• Pokemon who get new evolutions in later gens will not be drawn with their full evolution line. The new evolution will be drawn within the generation it debuted in. (Example: Zubat and Golbat were drawn within Gen One, but Crobat will not be drawn until Gen Two.)
• Regional forms of older Pokemon will be drawn within their debut generation, as they share the same Pokedex number. However, exceptions are made for new alt forms which then get a brand-new evolution in the more recent generation, wherein the older alt-form Pokemon will be drawn with its new evolution within the generation of its new evolution. (Example: Alolan Meowth & Persian are drawn within Gen One, but Galarian Meowth will be drawn within Gen Eight since its evolution is a brand new Gen Eight Pokemon.)
